Focusing on the feasibility of PCA and BPNN applications to early warning of industrial security, this article is to establish an early warning system of industrial security by utilizing PCA and BPNN. We have implemented data from high-tech industries in China to examine the validity of the warning system. The result indicates that PCA is applicable to the data of high-tech industrial security; based on this result, the estimating output relying on BPNN model is 0.99942, approximating the actual state (1 refers to "basically safe". Thus we can suggest the combined application of PCA and BPNN to early warning be workable and the proposed warning system of industrial security on PCA and BPNN be effective.
