Methodical aspects and practical experience in creation and application of computer technologies are considered in the course of computer lectures on the theory of gyroscopes and theoretical mechanics. Possible contents and some important features of the lectures delivered in the form of presentation slides in PowerPoint and built-in programs of dynamic visualization are discussed. Computer simulation and dynamic three-dimensional visualization of the motion equations and principles of action for all main types of gyroscopes, kinematics and dynamics of various mechanisms as well as the phenomena of mechanical motion are presented. The original software has been developed for dynamic visualization.
