Open Society ? Ramensky Instrument Engineering Plant ? (RPZ) has an experience in mastering of manufacture of laser gyroscopes of various designs and systems on their basis. At the end of the 80s - the beginning of the 90s release of the first soviet strapdown navigation system I-42 for commonly aircraft (designed by Moscow Institute for Electricronics and Automatics, MIEA) based on laser gyroscopes KM-11 (designed by Scientific Research Institute "Polus") was mastered. Also in the 90s mastering of manufacture MIEA design uniaxial laser gyroscopes LG-1 began. Now manufacture of strapdown inertial measuring units for MIEA design systems BINS-SP, including a full cycle of manufacturing of the inertial unit based on three one-axial laser gyroscopes (BLG) has been mastered.
