摘要

Two types of geomagnetic navigation are proposed and compared in this paper. One takes the geomagnetic field as scalar while the other decomposes the geomagnetic vector and chooses two components to perform map matching. Advantages and disadvantages of the both system are compared. The second system is proved to be more adaptive to geomagnetic surface shapes while sensitive to carrier's attitude errors.
