The joint processing of data coming from earth surface monitoring system, digital topographical map and reconnaissance plane navigation system is considered. Precise mathematical expressions connecting these signals with taking into account of Earth's reference ellipsoid geometry are developed. They may be used for the solution of the following tasks: positioning of the newly found objects, correction of the reconnaissance vehicle coordinates and surface image drawing on pilot's cockpit during flight at limited visibility conditions.
