The algorithm for the control and diagnostics of the measuring informational system (MIS) which is based on methods of a suboptimal filtration is developed. By results of identification of disturbances in measuring channels work the decision on the most probable disturbance is made. The estimating device and the self-organizing process for identification and compensation of refusals. It is based on principles of nonlinear filtration and fuzzy logic. The minimum of monitoring errors probabilities is an optimality criterion of the self-organizing control process. The control and diagnostics algorithm is directed on detection of the informational disturbance type (increase of noises intensity of the measuring instruments, which are not detected by means of the state control hardware). Variants of MIS recovery after a disturbances detection are considered. Results of simulation and experimental check of algorithm are given.
