摘要

Self-orienting gyro course-roll indicating system structure, providing operation of vertically oriented gyro in the mode of analytical gyrocompass is suggested. Specified control during azimuth determination is provided by installation of a supplementary frame of gimbal mount. Operation algorithm provides for nonprecessional turns of gyro sensing element in azimuth and measuring of projections of Earth rotation angular velocity on the gyro sensitive axes. Mode of azimuth determination using measuring gyro axis is suggested. Experimental test results are presented.
