The problems of modelling computer research of opportunities and features of the intersatellite measurements (ISM) application are considered. ISM are intended for the increase of accuracy and reliability of an ephemeries-time maintenance of global satellite navigating system (GNSS) GLONASS. Algorithms of onboard navigating filters are analyzed which can be used onboard S/C GLONASS for processing the intersatellite measurements of the pseudoranges-pseudovelocities and for a producing of precise ephemeries-time solutions. Methods and procedures are offered for improvement and optimization of these algorithms. Possible ways of application and processing of intersatellite measurements are investigated in interests of increase of accuracy, efficiency, reliability of the GNSS ephemeries-time maintenance (ETM). Similar measurements and information interchange in modernized GNSS GLONAS will be carried out with use of intersatellite line (ISL) of measuring and connection. It is supposed for ISL functioning to place the special measure-connection equipment onboard perspective spacecrafts GLONASS-M, CLONASS-K. In the report the information features are studied and accuracy of the solution of a corresponding navigation-time problem is analyzed taking in account the casual and systematic errors of measurements. The analysis of accuracy is carried out also in view of an influence of the preventing (nuisance) parameters of a measurements model and a model of navigating satellites movement. The influence of errors of Earth rotation parameters forecasting also is under interest. Results of the analysis of observability and aprioristic estimations of accuracy of the ephemeries-time problem (ETP) solution on base of ISM data are presented. Recommendations are given on the structure of effective onboard algorithm of ETP solution.
