For testing the GLONASS/GPS receiversincluded to information - navigating systems (INS) on the basis of technical, equipment rooms and software of the Information - analytical center of navigation and time maintenance of Mission Control Centre of the Central Scientific Research Institute of Mechanical engineering and Research-and-production Enterprise "Termoteh " the mobile test laboratory is created and functions [1]. The technique and a complex of the hardware-software means are developed, allowing estimate real accuracy's characteristics of tested receiver's samples [1].
