The method tested includes a selection of high-productive grasses and legumes, which provide sources of plant residues for soil organic matter, and development of corresponding technologies for their growing. All that contributes to accelerate the humification processes to increase organic matter formation and improve vital activity of soil organic system. The high correlation between the biomass obtained from the green manure crop and the values of the soil density in the different treatments - for the layer of 10 - 20 cm the correlation coefficient is r= - 0.9461 and for the layer of 30 - 40 cm is r = 0.99101. The cinder can by successfully used as a corrector of the density of the newly formed soil. During the biological recultivation of destructed soils it is necessary to work in the direction of improvement of their water - physical constants and soil aeration. The crop growing provokes positive changes in the soil volumetric density at a depth of 20 - 40 cm that have a biological and biogeochemical nature and it reaches to 1.75 g/cm~3. As a result of the tillages applied, the intensive crop growing and the better moisture content in the plough layer the soil horizon hardness increases by depth; for the treatment of clay + cinder a strong compaction was found and considerably higher values were recorded in the layer under 20 cm: 120.08-127.68 kg/cm~2. Sudan grass grown on clay gives the highest yield of aboveground mass. Wintering pea and Sudan grass can by successfully used for biological recultivation of soils destroyed by the mining under semiarid conditions.
