Different normally delivered neonatal piglet, rabbit, calf and different aged poking embryo were sampled, isolated and cultured with the methods of Gram's staining, in situ smear, stamp smear, electron microscopy. The result shows that there are G~+ and G~- Coccus, Streptococcus, Bacterium, and G~+ Clostridium in these neonatal animals and embryos, which is a new finding in the field of microbiology. The article mainly discusses the origin and characteristics of neonatal animals and normal microbial flora of different embryos, and its biological significance.
