摘要

The thesis describes physical property of powder, affecting of the physical property to state parameter, measuring methods of variant parameters and constructs of instruments and principle. The thesis intruduces measuring technology for a number of important parameters including flow quantity, position and moisture. The thesis intruduces also the authors used measuing instruments, programmable controller (P.C.) and computer to construct monitoring, controlling and managing system in weighing and packing of loose fertilizer. The authors give out system construction block diagram. Last the authors discuss appling foreground of collecting-scattering system in powder processing in China.
