We report observations of ~3He-rich solar energetic particle (SEP) events made with EPHIN instrument aboard SOHO spacecraft during the rising phase of the 23rd solar cycle. EPHIN detects electrons between 250 keV and 10.3 MeV, and hydrogen and helium isotopes between 4.3 and 53 MeV. Spectral indices, abundance ratios and temporal profiles have been obtained and compared for a sample of 13 ~3He-rich events detected by EPHIN between 1997 and 2000.
