The report covers existing in structure of United EnergyrnSystem of Russia (UESR) the United Power Telecomrnand Telecontrol System (UPTTS) and planning (up torn2015) development of the bulk power telecom network.rnProvided for the nearest prospective intenserndevelopment of UPTTS is mostly to be done, firstly, byrncreation of new and improving existing fiber opticrncommunication lines (FOCL).rnThe structure of local telecom networks is shown onrnexample of two regional power utilities (Kuzbassenergornand Irkutskenergo) located in Siberian area.rnThe report contains analysis of leveraging assets andrngeneration new sources of revenue for regional powerrnutilities and UPTTS as a whole achieved due torndevelopment and introduction of the most recentrntelecom technologies.
