This paper provides information on the Cooperative Development of Operational Safety and Continuing Airworthiness Program (COSCAP) of the International Civil Aviation Organization ICAO). It provides a brief overview of the Program and the involvement in such Programs of he international donor community interested in promoting flight safety globally. It highlights he accomplishments of the Regional Aviation Safety Teams which have been established by many of the COSCAP Programs.
