摘要

This paper studies the temperature testing method on the base of intellectual control, in view of class nonlinear time and varying temperature testing system. In which, it firstly analyses the reason of causing the combined error in the temperature testing, and then put forward the control system design plan on the base of the fuzzy neural network and the control of variable structure. And when the system is in the initiative status or in the less deviation conditions, the fuzzy neural network is used to adjust the system parameters on-line so as to obtain the better robustness; inverse it is in the large deviation conditions, the control of variable structure will be used to speed up the system response. Finally it gave a learning algorithm of the controller, and the experiment showed the method has high testing precision and can be easy used to the production practice.
