This paper introduces the design of hardware and software of a general In-circuit tester, as well as the functions and technical features are presented in detail. By using many advanced technologies including the computer communication with the single-chip microcomputer. The tester has the following features: a) many test functions; b) carry and use conveniently; c) the perfect development function.
