摘要

The traditional methods for modeling and process planning in disassembly is mostly based on the graph theory. By solving the graph search problem, one can determine the optimal disassembly and recycling strategy, but it is lacking in visualization. A disassembly simulation system is presented in this paper, with which a product at design stage can be pre-disassembly dramatically, meanwhile its disassembly process plans can be tests and verifies, the result of interference detection feeds back to the strategy module in order to improve the graph-based model. It can realize automatic modeling by dramatically way and solve the key problem with graph-based representation. Based on the CAD software Pro/Engineer, the system is implemented by the second development with C language and Pro/Toolkit.
