A comparison of field measurements of an Eppley Precision Spectral Pyranometer (PSP) and a LI-COR 200S silicon photo-diode pyranometer at the PVUSA facility in Davis, CA, both mounted ude south at an 18 degree tilt. This comparison was to determine the nature and strength of the correlation between corrected and uncorrected measurements of these instruments for use in a PV system performance and rating procedure being developed at SNL, and to investigate the efficacy of an angle of incidence and spectral correction algorithm developed at Sandia National Laboratories (SNL)..
