Abstract: A real-time optical associative memory, which uses the self-pump PCM as feedback and a thresholding operation device, is developed in this paper. The memory uses the He-Ne laser as a light source instead of the Ar$+$PLU$/ laser. It can recover the complete image desired even though the input information is only 25% of a stored object. !4
