Bagasse is one of the main by-product of cane sugar manufacturing Plant In todays scenario, more care should be given on the by-products of cane in the Sugar Plants for cost effectiveness. Proper care should be taken to save more bagasse during the season by adopting a effective way of burning it, also understanding the bagasse burning phenomenon, taking care of proper boiler construction and thus controlling the Boiler parameters by balancing the Boiler Air Fuel ratio, reducing the outlet gas temperature etc. Selection and installation of efficient boiler also plays ah important role for efficient bagasse burning and heat generation. Bagasse burning care in spreader stroker boiler is highlighted in particulars which is more efficient than others.
