摘要

The paper discusses an approach to provide attitude information (roll/pitch) by a medium accurate inertial measurement system without significant drift, even if neither sensors for velocity nor magnetic nor position aiding are applied. The hardware and the algorithm are described as well as the reference measurement systems being used to determine the obtainable accuracy. Test results are provided.
