The last few years have bene witness to dramati changes inthe agrochemical synthesis field.Since many of the approaches of the agrochemical sector to findign new active agents are similar to those in the pharmaceuticla field,the newer technolgies deveolopd for pharmceutila research have been embraced by argochemicla research.Among htese are ocmbinaitorila chemicstty and robitics synthesis as well as aggressive acquistitin of large ocmound libraries form academic and commercial sources.THis deliver s greater inputs into the screening process.robotics are also increasibngly being employed for the screenign process itself.The prime goal is to satisfy the evenr incraasign need for new leads compounds.the bette new leads thus genrated are then optimized by ore ocnventional means or else by means of automated synthesis of more directed ocmpounds blibraries.
