摘要

The advantage of the flow-through principle is the strong penetration of the material with heated air (present temperature) which ensures an immediate uniform heat transfer to the product. The air is drawn through the material in a way so that each individual part of the material comes in intimate contact with the drying medium, guaranteeing optimum drying due to the uniformity of the air velocity and temperature achieved with the Fleissner design. The superiority of the flow-through system is also apparent for processes like thermal bonding, cooling heat setting, shrinking and curing.
