The deep penetrating perforation technology of multistage pulse is a new technique of the 21st century. It's the effective combination of the jet perforating technology and propellants fracturing technology, one -stop perforating operation can accomplish three -level functions. First jet perforating and then twice propellants fracturing, in turn, it can improve greatly the efficiency of perforating, the efficiency of propellants fracturing and the oil productivity ratio. It has three kinds of peculiarities:first, it can assemble one -stage jet charge and two -stage propellants in one perforator, it can load more propellants than the traditional compound perforation. Second, using the burning rate difference of the explosives, by means of controlling the rising rate, peak and duration of pressure which pro duced by two -stage propellants burning in turn, the multistage pressure pulses can act to formation dynamically and repeatedly. Third, the jet perforating produces perforating tunnels. The burning of two -stage propellants in turn produces a mass of high temperature and high pressure gas, the gas enters perforating tunnels by the shortest trip with the well fluid. It takes mechanical, physical, chemical and thermodynamical effects to near -wellbore for mation, breaking the crushed zone, producing many radial fissures around the perforating tunnel, linking up the natural cracks, penetrating the damage zone deeply, improving the flow conductivity of near -wellbore, increasing the oil productivity ratio of well at last. By the using of 160 wells, it proves that the using of multistage -pulse deep penetrating perforating technology can improve the oil productivity ratio in producing wells, and reduce the loss of oil layer in exploratory wells. It' s safe and reliable by many experiments and applications.
