The chamber of commerce in Guangzhou industry association is studied by questionnaire and interviews. Industry association chamber of commerce management innovation problems under the background of social transformation is further investigated by analysis. The Research shows that, it has reached a consensus for the urgency and necessity of the management innovation of industry association chamber of commerce. However, the role of chamber has not been recognized; Official slate and community incorporation is serious; Management function did not play its effect, and the construction of information network ability is weak. To solve the problems, this paper discusses system innovation function of the "big six" management innovation path selection and countermeasures.
