摘要

With the continuous increasing of Chinese wind power's accumulative installations,the operation and maintenance management of wind farm is being more and more focused by wind power operators and investors,because the operation and maintenance management with high-efficiency and high-quality will be the most important guarantee for the investment return during the 20-years product running life of wind turbine.This article analyses the existed problems of current operation and maintenance management modes on Chinese wind farms,and proposes to transform the mode of thinking for the operation and maintenance management by three transformations:transforming reactive operation and maintenance management mode into proactive mode,transforming discontinuous mode into continuous mode,transforming extensive mode into lean mode.
机译：随着中国风电累计装机量的不断增加，风电场的运维管理越来越受到风电运营商和投资者的关注，因为高效，高质量的运维管理将是最重要的。本文分析了我国风电场目前运行维护管理模式存在的问题，并提出了转变运行维护管理的思维方式的建议。通过三种转换：将无功运行和维护管理模式转换为主动模式，将不连续模式转换为连续模式，将扩展模式转换为精益模式。
