摘要

The active form of vitamin D(VD)plays an important role in calcium homeostasis and the mineralization. In general, postmenopausla osteoporosis resutls from decline of key enzyme of 1,25(OH)_2D_3 synthesis-25hydroxy-1 alpha hydroxylase. Therefore people pay more attention to vitamin D derivatives therapies for treatment of osteoporosis.
