Aluminum oxide pumps are centrifugal type flurry pumps used in the production flow of aluminum oxide.This article compares the economic benefits as to raising the efficiency of aluminum oxide pumps and prololging the service life of their flow passage o components and has drawn the conclusion that studies should mainly be made on how to prolong the service life for those pumps that are seiously worn and have short service life; and for pumps with longer service life the main aim of study should be directed toward increasing their efficency.A brief introduction onthe design of high efficiency of pumps and hte design of anti-abrasion is made in this article and examples of application are presented at hte end fo the article.
