This paper presents the design theory and method for developing a type of small size centrifugal fans with forward-curved blades and high parameters of pressure and capacity.The JET-WAKE flow model and a set of arodynamic design methods were used in the investigation process.The experimental results show that this flow model and design mehtod are reasonable and feasible in developing these new kins of fans.
