Wavelength selective coupling characteristics of a nonlinear fused-tapered coupler(NLFC) made of telecommunication optical fibers are shown numerically and all-ooptical switchign at 50 femtosecond rate is demonstrated with use of a mode-locked Ti:sapphire laser.
