摘要

We report the first investigation of temperatue dependence of coupling coefficients in a complex-coupled DFB laser with a current blocking grating over the -40 deg C to + 90 deg C temperature range. The gain-couplig coefficient shows stron temperature dependence. This dependence is attributed to the carrier leakage through the blocking layer.
