摘要

Based on fuzzy compromise decision-making analysis, a new multi-objective fuzzy optimization and dynamic programming method is put forward and the triangular fuzzy number is used to represent the quantitative index, quantification of qualitative index and their weights. Meanwhile, a universal and operable decision model is also formulated, which can be a reference for the investment decision-maker.
