摘要

A novel low-cost brushless permanent-magnet motor structure with a slim shape and easy assembly of the basic parts is introduced. The motor has a sinusoidal torque constant thanks to an efficient harmonics cancellation scheme. It can be driven in sensor mode by means of integrated Hall probes, or in sensorless mode. The structure can easily be scaled to fit a wide range of application requirements.
