摘要

Extreme pressure performance of 150BS base oil containing micron graphite particles were measured,and hte result was compared with that of nanometer ferric oxide particles in 500SN base oil.From the comparison it indicates that load carrying capacity of oil containing nanometer particle was improved,the smaller the particle was,the easier it tends to soften,melt and be adsorbed on the rubbing surfaces.
