Focusing on difficulties in the model establishment and analytical method during the simulation analysis of sweeping-suction typed suction, Fluent's MFR model is chosen as the modeling method, the speed conversion formula between roller brush and suction encloser is determined. By changing rotation speed of roller brush and center distance between deliver pipe and roller brush, the paper studies the factors that affect suction's air mass flow and velocity fluctuation, and depicts diagrams of brush wall and suction. Finally based on analysis result, the thesis optimizes sweeping-suction dimension and its operational parameter. The result suggests that MRF model realize the study on simulation analysis of flow field inside sweeping-suction typed suction; the velocity fluctuation and inlet velocity can be the greatest inside a 400mm operational width weeping-suction typed suction, with 300rpm rotation speed and 350mm center distance between deliver pipe and roller brush.
