摘要

Nanochannels having widths of 330 nm and 850 nm were fabricated on fused-silica substrates and liquid samples were indroduced into the channels by utilizign capillary action. Liquid properties in the nanochannels were investigated by a time-resolved fluorescence measurements. The results suggested that water in the nanochannel has higher viscosity and lower dielectric constant than those in macro space.
