摘要

Interface management is one of the important factors for small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) to improve its competence. This article, through case analysis, made it clear that strengthening communication and cooperation consciousness is the key for improving the interface management level. Compared with other methods, experience training was emphasized with its advantages of low cost, short time and quick effectiveness for SME. With reproducing the three styles and effects of department cooperation through. setting rules in simulative environment, experience training makes the trainees understand the importance and necessity of communication and cooperation, which is helpful for improving the interface management level effectively.
