摘要

Technology innovation is the power for competition. But the technology innovation is risky and indefinite. The failure of innovation makes the firm very tired. Therefore it is necessary to consider the innovation from the strategic view, integrating the resource of innovation and finding the path of technology development to reduce the risk of innovation. The dynamic capability theory supplies an appropriate strategy framework which holds that the firm's competition advantage is determined by its process, position and path. And the capabilities can be improved by learning to adapt to the change of external environment. The tech-innovation strategy from dynamic capability based on process, path and position can make the firm determine the path of innovation and achieve the competition advantage.
