Goal Selected calcium-desulfurizing agents that adapted to the desulfurization of sintering machine gas and determined the parameter ambit, which can control CFBA continues operation. Method According to the three different proportions of calcium-desulfurizing agents mainly composed by industry waste, proceeded industrial experiments and research about desulfurizing efficiency utilizing factor of effective calcium oxide, quality flux of the system and the stoichiometric ratio on CFBA. Result Determined the best desulfurizing agents, reasonable quality flux of the system and the stoichiometric ratio. Conclusion The calcium-desulfurizing agents of sintering machine ash have higher desulfurizing efficiency and high utilization of effective calcium oxide. It adapted to desulfurization of sinter gas . The quality flux of 90kg/m~2 played an important role in the stability and econo-mization of the system. When controlled the circulating the stoichiometric ratio between 1.2 — 1.3, The circulating fluidized bed system can realize continue operation and acquire a better operation effect of recycling industry waste.
