Oil resources are irreproducible and the utilization of oil resources shall be sustainable and rational. Oil processing industry shall, to the maximum extent, produce liquid transport fuel and chemical stock, which are hard to be replaced by other energies. Restructuring oil refineries in China, developing hydrocracking technologies and improving light products yield is a significant method to achieve the sustainable development of petroleum.
