There are 2.0 x 10~8 tons oil recovery were undeveloped lie in folding areas of two sets layers . There is a great difference between two sets of oil layers. There upper layer is low permeability and lower oil saturation. The low layer is low permeability. The span of two sets of layers is from 300 meters to 500 meters . The evaluation indicated that it is no economic profit or poor economic profit, if we exploit only the two sets of layers. In order to develop reserves in folding area efficiently, we have been working for 6 years in this area. This article introduced separated zone process techniques of water injecting, oil production and testing of rate, water cut and pressure. It provides technical supporting to develop reserves in folding area effectively.
