It is very importance that study on produce ethylene from waste polymer by catalytic pyroly-sis reaction. The platform has been built up to intercommunion between traditional petrochemistry technology and new chemistry technology. The capital of petrochemical industry and new chemical industry will increment and commerce value will become more and more after these two chemical industrical technology combines. If preparation of ethylene from waste polymer catalyst success and ethylene selectivity increases to 26. 5 - 39.8(mol% ) , the industrial scale of catalytic pyrolysis preparation of ethylene from waste polymer will become to realization. It is possibility that waste polymer catalytic pyrolysis is provided competition with aaphtha of crude petroleum steam thermal pyrolysis. The process technology of preparation of ethylene from waste polymer can solve two severity problems. These problems are conjuncture of ethylene feedstocks shortage and bad conservatory effect of setting on fire large waste polymer from industrialization process. This idea resolves not only maximum utilization energy but also best protection environment. It will be successful to industrial scale process of preparation of ethylene from waste polymer if catalyst success.
