CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture) compliant ORB implementations enable developers to write distributed object-oriented applications easily without knowing underlying networking interfaces. They also provide several advantages such as substituting several smaller, cheaper machines for a single large, expensive system. However, they have weakness to be unable to provide distributed service reliably in case that services requests are concentrated on an object running on an machine with lack of system resources such as CPU, Memory. Even though several CORBA ORB implementations provide fault-tolerant distributed service, it also does not give proper solution on that case. In this paper, I suggest a method to design and implement a reliable CORBA ORB which provides object-oriented distributed services reliably by moving the objects concentrated with services requests running on a system with lack of resource into another system with large free memory and small CPU occupied time.
