In medicine, pharmacology, or other areas, it is important to examine the difference between two population distributions- Such a problem is called two-sample problem in statistics. In this paper we propose bootstrap tests for the equality of two distributions using Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistic. Monte Carlo simulations are carried out to examine the sizes and powers of the proposed tests under some population distributions.
