The exports of Pakistan have fluctuated very wildly for several decades. This paper aims to find out what are the factors that influence the exports of Pakistan. With the help of the latest econometric techniques and regression model we find that agriculture growth rate, commodities producing sector growth rate, domestic saving, inflation, manufacturing sector growth rate, gross national product (GNP) per capita, total consumption, and school enrollment are the main factors that influence the exports of Pakistan during the observed period 1972-2005.
