The Semantic Web is to improve the shortages of the current HTML-based Web,on which many standard ontology modeling languages, tolls, and applications are emerging. Ontology is a key on the Semantic Web for implementing information interoperability. The use of a shared ontology will allow a certain degree of interoperability. The main creativities of my thesis have the following three aspects: 1.Ontology mapping representation: We present a layered meta-model for Semantic Articulation (SA) according to three subtasks of ontology mapping: mapping representation, mapping discover, and mapping execution. 2. Ontology mapping discover. 3. Information interoprability architecuture for mapping execution.
