摘要

随着浙江省高中新一轮课程改革的推进和深化,全省各学校正在加紧开发学校选修课以适应学生个性化的需要,打造学校特色。目前越来越多的学校和英语教师开始认识到以输入技能为主的上课模式的弊端。本研究基于遂昌中学与浙江大学合作开发设计有自身学校特色的选修课程的背景,探索学校和老师在开发以输出技能为主的新课程中面临的的困难和挑战。
  运用Swain的输出假设和Jeremy Harmer的交际输出理论,同时新课课程编写还遵循Nunan提出的以学习者为中心的课程设置理论。本研究通过对教师参与课程发展过程的所思所做,以及如何进行课程的需要分析、目标规划,材料选用,课堂实施和课程评价等环节的观察、记录和分析,希望通过教师自下而上的课程研发,为教师的职业继续发展提供一个平台,同时能为其它学校提供中学和高校合作发展选修课程的经验。
  本研究重点研究两个问题:1)如何通过丰富的课程选择发展学生的输出技能?2)在新一轮课程改革中教师如何发挥自己的作用?
  通过对遂昌中学课程发展案例研究,本研究得出以下结论:1)基于输出能力培养的课程发展能丰富目前“One Size for All”的课程模式。2)高校能为中学教师和学生的课程发展提供强有力的外部能量支撑和创造性选择。3)课程研发是教师专业发展的有效路径。4)在新的课程改革中最大的挑战是广大的中学教师能否以开放的思想融入课改,目前要实质性地推进课程改革仍然是一项艰巨的工作。
