This study explores the facets of personality of human services caseworkers. Personality and job fit are two very important factors of career assessment. By identifying the personality traits of an average caseworker, the organization, its clients, and the general public could benefit on many different levels. The Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire, Fifth Edition, was administered to 30 human services employees. The results offer a depiction of the personality characteristics of human services casework staff. Other research areas are discussed concerning personality, job performance, and other constructs.
