摘要

A 2 x 3 between-subjects design examined the effects of two variables on mock jurors' treatment recommendations. Variables included neurobiological evidence (present versus absent) and diagnostic label from psychological assessments and a clinical interview (meets criteria for psychopathy, meets criteria for conduct disorder, or meets criteria for conduct disorder with limited prosocial emotions). A significant main effect was found between the presence versus absence of neurobiological evidence. There was not a significant interaction between the diagnostic label and neurobiological evidence.
